I made to the last work day of the week fine on my raw food diet. Then it was saturday. I blew it big time. Mexican food, bar b q, McDonalds, iHop. Man I went off! I was not hungry. There was just an overwhelming desire eat cooked food. I could have beaten it and chose not too.
It’s a slippery slope too. Once I ate that first meal it was easier to say, “well, I already blew it today may as well finish the day eating crap.” Then the next day. “Oh well, I already blew it yesterday. What’s another day?” Well, I am happy to say that tonight I am back on raw foods. I went to the grocery store and stocked up for the week.
Hopefully at the end of this week I will do a lot better. I was doing so well too.
