Kat, Faith And, Tonsils

in faith

Last month it was me getting back surgery. This month it is my daughter Kat, having her tonsils out. In fact she had them taken out today. It was pretty rough for her. I was heart broken to see her after the surgery. She didn’t expect the amount of pain she was in. She panicked somewhat. She finally calmed down after the nurses administered some medication.

She was full of faith going in. There was no fear. She is always fearless though. She takes on challenges that other kids would give up quickly. She keeps an extremely high GPA and she plays sports. She is super competitive. She is not likely to back down if she is challenged.

Kat is a believer, meaning, she trust the adults God has placedĀ  in her life. She trust us to guide her down the right path always. She follows instruction. Many times she improves, wins, and succeeds, as a result of following simple instructions. And of course she believes in the finished work Christ has done for all of us.

Here is a very short video of my brave daughter.
