I believe in tithing. After all, how can you trust the Lord with your life if you can't even trust Him with your money. The scriptures says "Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back." (Luke 6:38) And as far as asking the Lord to help you save money, simply ask Him. And it will require some discipline on your part. Set your priorities financially. What do you actually need to spend and what can you do without for now. Do what the bible says concerning giving and you will be blessed. I hope this helps.
