Growing up here in the United States we as Christians have had the freedom to worship without worrying about persecution. “The land of the free” is what the U.S. has been called since I was a little kid. Now it seems those freedoms are dwindling day by day. Among the freedoms that will begin to dwindle more and more is our religious freedom. It will become more and more difficult to admit you are a Christian or express your faith in this country. Already the office of homeland security has labeled anyone who opposes abortion “a right wing extremist.”
Islam is on a forceful Jihad to eliminate all other religions by conversion or death. I believe we are naive if we don’t see this as a real problem. The threat against religion is not from Islam alone. In the U.S. the church is right now facing the pressure of “Political Correctness.” One day this will turn into all out persecution of the Church.
